1. Program Description

Klozure provides an AI-powered patient reactivation messaging service exclusively for independent dental practices. The program sends personalized text and email messages to inactive patients on behalf of enrolled dental practices. Program name: Klozure Patient Reactivation Messaging.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using Klozure's services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

3. Messaging Terms

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on the reactivation campaign. Patients typically receive no more than 3 messages per reactivation sequence.

Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Standard carrier rates apply for all SMS messages sent through the Klozure platform.

Opt-out instructions: To stop receiving messages at any time, reply STOP to any message. You will be immediately removed from all future campaigns. No further messages will be sent.

Help instructions: For help or support, reply HELP to any message or contact us at info@klozureai.com.

4. Eligibility

Klozure services are available to independent dental practices operating in the United States. All patients contacted through our platform must be existing patients of the dental practice who have previously provided their contact information to that practice.

5. Client Responsibilities

Dental practices using Klozure agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date patient contact information.
  • Ensure all patients contacted have an established patient relationship with the practice.
  • Sign a Business Associate Agreement prior to sharing any patient data.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations including HIPAA.

6. Service Fees

Klozure charges a monthly subscription fee based on the selected service plan. Fees are billed monthly in advance. No setup fees. No long-term contracts. Cancel any time with 30 days written notice.

7. Cancellation

Clients may cancel their subscription at any time by providing 30 days written notice to info@klozureai.com. Upon cancellation all patient data will be securely deleted within 30 days.

8. Limitation of Liability

Klozure is not responsible for patient decisions regarding appointments or treatment. Results may vary by practice. Klozure does not guarantee a specific number of patient reactivations or a specific amount of revenue recovery.

9. HIPAA Compliance

Klozure operates as a Business Associate under HIPAA. A Business Associate Agreement is required before any patient data is shared with Klozure. We implement all required safeguards to protect patient information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
